Cancellation policy

All bookings are non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the guest, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Illness or injury
• Adverse weather conditions
• Travel disruption
• Personal circumstances

We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen events that may prevent travel.

Date Changes

Requests to change booking dates are not guaranteed and will be considered solely at the discretion of Kintail Retreats. Any approved date changes may be subject to an administration fee and any difference in accommodation rates.

No Shows and Early Departure

No refunds or credits will be given for non-arrival, late arrival, or early departure.

Cancellation by Kintail Retreats

In the unlikely event that Kintail Retreats is unable to provide the booked accommodation, guests will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
